A fully qualified personal trainer (Cert III & IV) with certifications in boxing (Punchfit), indoor cycling and gym instruction, plus experience training older adults, kids, and clients returning to exercise after illness or injury. First-aid qualified and fully insured since 2006, Marika is a stickler for correct technique so you train safely and keep progressing. Every session is built around you — your goals, your needs, and a plan that actually fits your life.
How it works
Free meet & greet
A relaxed sit-down to talk through what you want, what you need and what you're expecting. No charge.
Fitness assessment
Your first session: baseline measurements, a fitness assessment and a footwear check so we start from the right place.
Ongoing sessions
Regular training with progress check-ins every four weeks so you can see exactly how far you've come.
Sessions & pricing
Personal Training
Full one-on-one session including warm-up, cool-down and assisted stretching — plus a shoulder massage if you need it.
Boxing + Cardio & Core
A focused hour of boxing technique with cardio and core work — sharp, high-energy and great for fitness.
What's included
- Progress tracking every four weeks — measurements and optional skin-fold testing
- Blood pressure checks when needed
- A genuine focus on correct technique to minimise injury
- Practical nutrition guidance and food know-how
- Taping for knees, ankles and shoulders when required
- Happy to liaise with your physio for the best outcome

Good to know: Marika trains 9:30am–2:30pm most days, with some weekend availability. Please book around a week ahead so she can lock in your time, and give 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. You'll need to be a 5DEG member or book a casual visit for insurance.
