Class Timetable

Our weekly class timetable is designed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep training varied. Each day focuses on a different style of training, from strength and conditioning to high-intensity workouts.

We offer both coach-led classes and self-run sessions. Coach-led classes are guided by our trainers, while self-run sessions follow the same programmed workout for members who prefer to train at their own pace.

Classes run Monday to Friday at 6:00am and 8:00am, with a 10:00am & 4:00pm self-run session available each day.

Mondays
